Chair Steve opened meeting 3206 and welcomed members and guest Andrew Eastick to the meeting
Apologies Anthea John, Brian Burt, Colin Bazeley, John Lyons, Leanne Clinch, Wayne Murphy.
PP Steve then invited members who had information to share to come forward.

  • Just a reminder about booking tickets to Comedy Capers

  •  Youth from Gawler Eagles Soccer club including his daughter will supporting the Matilda's this coming Friday night. They will do a lap of the oval.

  • Next weeks proposed Bowling game has had to be postponed-information re new date will follow
After Dinner Steve introduced PP Barry Stewart to present his sergeants session.
Wheel winners were Mark Forgie-who declined the envelope and elected to take chocolates so he could share them! Shawn- money, and Bruce- chocolates. 
PP Barry then presented is entertaining FB funnies and fines session.
at the completion of the session PP Steve asked members to meet in their committees before board moved offsite for their meeting.  
PE Anthony then closed meeting 3205 with the four-way test.

Kyle smith as chair welcomed everyone to the meeting. Apologies were received from Angela Moore, Brian Burt, Colin Bazeley, John Lyons, Leanne Clinch, Mark Smeaton, Tom Kelly
Kyle then asked Rotarians who had announcements to come forward.

  • Announced she is back off to Airlie for some sunshine and would be back in November

  • everyone will receive a link to a survey re meals. please fill it in honestly 
  • Reminder time is running out for booking Changeover tickets -please do it ASAP and remember seats are limited.

  • found an old article about Smithfield featuring a very young Lance pictured. lance gave it to Steve B in regards to the reasoning for the road in his estate being named Hatcher Rd
Tonight was a social night with a chance for everyone to catch up as there was no guest speaker. PP Barry did his Segeants session and the wheel winners were Margaret Leversedge-who won the money and the 2 Michael's- Michael Jacob and Mike Williams each winning the chocolates. 
 
After Dinner and some fine conversations PE Anthony reminded Rotarians that next week is a Public Holiday and therefor no meeting before he closed meeting 3207 by asking members to join in reciting the for way test.
