PP Barry Stewart introduced the chair for the evening- Kyle who officially opened meeting 3191 and then welcomed members and special guest before asking Members who wished to have a Rotary Spot to come forward.
  • Thanks everyone who helped at the Australia Day breakfast.
  • Possible vocational visit to SIG at Elizabeth. Details to follow at a later meeting
PP Brian Burt
  • Thanks to everyone who contacted him asking after his welfare last week while he was ill. Brian did a make up meeting via Zoom with a club in USA
PP Kim Potger
  • Relay for life coming up 16th and 17th March please put in your diary for set up and take down of shelters.
  • Had a call from Jasmine from Riverdale estate to hire the stages.
PP Leanne Clinch
  • Due to work and family commitments Leanne can no longer commit to organising meals on Monday’s. Board will discuss new organisation this evening but it will either be a new person taking over the role or an earlier deadline.
NB Board voted to have a new deadline-see later in Bulletin for new arrangements.
Chair Kyle invited guests to enjoy some fellowship over dinner before inviting PP sergeant Barry to present his session for the evening.
Wheel winners this week were 1st and 3rd IPP Kathy, and 2nd was Gail.
Barry entertained us with his facebook funnies before handing back to Chair Kyle.
 
Kyle asked Pres John to close meeting 3191 so members could move to committees.

You will be emailed a link for the attendance notification and meal selections for the next meeting
 
 (it will look like this) Attendance & Meal Selection Monday 5th February 2024 (google.com) (click the link to access Google form)
 
Attendance and meal selection must be completed no later than 5pm on the Sunday night prior to the meeting.

Changes prior to deadline
  • Access response email and amend.
Changes after deadline 
  • Contact Nixons Function Centre 08 8522 2935 and leave message if unanswered including your name (eg. Rory Rotarian from Rotary Club of Gawler) and the required change.
NO CHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 4PM on the Monday

  • If a meal isn't ordered there is no guarantee a meal will be available for you
  • If you order a meal and do NOT attend, you will be liable for the meal and will be asked for the funds by the Treasurer.
