Chair for the evening was Past President Kathy Heinrich who opened meeting 3213 and welcomed Rotarians and guest Mike Johnson.
Apologies for the evening were received from: Angela Moore, Barry Stewart, Julie Tekell, Angela Moore, Kim Potger, Mark Forgie, Tom Kelly.
 
Kathy then invited members with information to come forward.
PP Steve Barilla –
Has information re volunteering options for Gawler Show. We can do carparking at Henry Chenowith Park as we have done in the past; also opportunity to man gate 7. After a discussion members present voted to do carpark only,
PP Mark Smeaton reminded everyone that he circulated a form for ideas for guest speakers and vocational visits, only 3 have been returned.  
Pres Anthony New Committees this week. He circulated a list he has organised to make it more equitable. Please see Anthony if you have a problem or do not want to be on a committee.
Tomorrow night Kathy and he will be heading to Strathalbyn for a meeting about AED’s. They are going in the Big Red Car to meet the Yellow Wiggle -much to the amusement of some Rotarians.
They will also represent the club at Salisbury next week to help pack Shelter Bags
PP Kathy Tomorrow Anthony and Steve will attend the Women’s shelter in Gawler to place the Peace Pole. Kathy had the Peace Pole on display for Rotarians to see.
Kathy then invited everyone to enjoy fellowship until PP Barry Stewart presented his sergeants session.
PP Barry presented his bunyip Roundup with good coverage of the Changeover, He then passed the mic around inviting everyone to share something positive.
Wheel winners this week were PP Barry Stewart, PP Wayne Murphy and Angela Moore
Chair and PP Kathy thanked Barry and asked Pres Anthony to close the meeting.
President Anthony closed the meeting with the 4 Way test and asked members to move to their committees for a short meeting before Board met for their meeting.
