Meeting Report 3190 January 22nd, 2024

This week’s meeting was our annual Bowls Night hosted by the Gawler Bowling club. Many members and their guests enjoyed a lovely meal and then some fun together with a healthy mix of friendly competition and lots of frivolity. Others opted to be the cheer squad although a few of those were not actually sure what they were cheering for!

The meeting was opened and closed by Past President Kathy.

On Sunday 26^th January we joined with many of the towns Service Clubs to provide breakfast at the Australia Day award ceremony. As usual it was a wonderful display of cooperation between the clubs and an opportunity to enjoy each other’s company while we all worked together.
