During August -Membership and New Club Development Month- we have had some wonderful and informative guest speakers.

We have enjoyed a weekend providing safe parking cars for visitors to the Gawler show as well as our monthly committee and board meetings.
We also had a wonderful evening putting our new BBQ trailer through its paces, feeding everyone at our meeting night. Everyone agreed that it is going to be a head turner at events and help streamline our processes.
Attendance has fluctuated due to weather as well as illness but on the whole we are showing steady numbers for our guest speakers. Membership is also steady although we would like to see an increase.

Sept 29 No Guest Speaker- Committees & Board / Club Assembly
Remember while we welcome guests to every meeting sometimes plans change so if there is something that interests you please feel free to get in contact to confirm the speaker is still attending and we can also let you know about meal options.
Beside our regular meeting September is also a busy month for service opportunities.
The official opening for the Gawler SES Unit Sunday 14 September.

Gawler Eagles are organising the junior/mini roos presentation day 28th September.
Xavier College Gawler Belt Sports Day 11th September
Plans are well underway for the Annual Village Fair in November. We will once again have a variety of food vans, Entertainment for everyone including Mini Putt Putt as well as providing the all important opportunities for a community groups to raise their profile and much needed funds for their ghroup.
